Intensely aromatic nose displaying lime citrus, green apple, new season nectarine and nuances of white pepper, freshly cut radish and celery. The palate exhibits good fruit intensity with chalky acidity that leaves the palate refreshed for the next glass. Subtle creaminess with a mild savoury edge from lees contact adds a mild complexity to the wine’s finish.
