Australian, Italian and French. We have it covered. The Adelaide Hills is arguably the most diverse wine region in Australia, due to its vast area and variety of microclimates that comes with it. Australian legends such as Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon are covered but with a spicy cool climate twist. Italian varieties such as Sangiovese and Barbera are perfectly suited to the region and our Pinot Noir is quickly gaining applause around the country.
The Adelaide Hills is the premier region for growing Sauvignon Blanc, Australia's most consumed white wine. Add quickly emerging favourites such as Pinot Grigio and glowing endorsements for Adelaide Hills Chardonnay and you can see what makes the Adelaide Hills so special.
Other Wines and Products
Sparkling wines are a specialty from the Adelaide Hills and our non-vintage Diva is no exception. Then of course we have the unique Island Sting, made from the world's purest honey sourced from the Ligurian bee on Kangaroo Island. After fermentation it is fortified with a grape spirit and matured in French barrels for 12 months. Great for cocktails, neat or to give a classy edge to your cooking. Enjoy!
